If any utility takes longer than the standard 2 business days to respond, PlanAccess allows you to send reminder notices to them.
After 48 hours, a checkbox column will appear on the list next to the names of any utilities who have not yet responded. Check the boxes for the utilities you would like to send reminders to, then press the Send Utility Reminders button:
An email will automatically be sent to those utilities reminding them to please reply with their plans.
After sending reminders, this option will become inactive for another 48 hours to give the utilities time to forward on their responses to you. After those 48 hours have elapsed, the reminder option will become available again if required, and so on.
If it has been less than 48 hours, you still have the option to follow up directly with the utility using the contact details from your confirmation sheet as per normal.
