Once a job has received responses from each of the utilities, you should download the bundle and check through the information to check that it is correct and complete.
If the responses are adequate, click the Mark As All Plans Present button on the Job Summary screen. This will indicate to other users (if it's a company account) that the bundle is ready to be used:
If any of the responses are inadequate, you should contact the relevant utility using the contact details from your confirmation sheet, as per normal procedure. In PlanAccess, you should mark that response as "incomplete". To do this, click the blue Mark Sequence As Incomplete tag icon to the right of the listing:
The following pop-up will appear to confirm the action, click Yes:
The incomplete listing will no longer be counted in the total, so the summary will no longer show as 100% complete. Once the utility has sent out a complete response, you can then Mark As All Plans Present.
Please note that a response cannot be marked incomplete after you have marked the job as All Plans Present.
