If any utilities reply to you directly, either by emailed, faxed, or posted hard copies, these can be manually loaded into PlanAccess. This will help ensure that all the information is kept in one place and is accessible to other users (if using a company account). First, save the email attachments to a folder in your PC. Please note, any faxed or posted plans would need to be scanned to your computer before uploading them into PlanAccess will be possible.
- Click the blue Create Manual Response page icon to the right of the relevant utility listing:
- A pop-up will appear as below. To create the response, fill in the Description, Date Received and Response Type fields. Then, click Create Response:
- The Attach File To Response window will now appear. To attach file/s, click Yes. Then click Browse. Select the file, or files, you would like to upload from your PC and attach the documents. You can edit the names of the documents if you prefer, then once you have finished, click Upload:
The utility status will now change to RESPONSE UPLOADED.
