There are several ways to bring up jobs:
Job Number Search
If you know the job number you want, enter it in the Job Number search bar at the top left of the screen to bring up the job in a new browser tab:
Table Columns
If you wish to conduct a broader search, you can sort using the column headings on the job table. A single click will sort the column in ascending order (lowest result at the top):
A second click will sort the column in descending order (highest result at the top):
Job Filters
For a more detailed search, you can use the Job Filters function at the top of the job table. Before implementing the filters, ensure you decide whether to search just your jobs or All Jobs in the company, and whether to include closed jobs:
After clicking Job Filters, you can search using one or a combination of the following categories:
Job Address: Enter a street name or suburb (or combination) to bring up matching jobs.
Lodged By: For company accounts (in All Jobs view) type in the name of a user to bring up a list of their jobs.
Scheme Reference: This searches by scheme reference (according to the User Reference field in OneCallAccess, i.e. DBYD in Australia or beforeUdig in New Zealand).
Status: Search for jobs according to their status (e.g. Waiting For Plans, All Plans Present).
Response Count: Used to find jobs which have a certain amount of utilities notified.

% Complete Range: Used to bring up jobs according to how complete they are, e.g. to bring up all jobs which are incomplete, search between 0% - 99% complete to rule out complete jobs.
Has Past End Date: Check this box to bring up jobs whose end dates (i.e. Job Completion dates) have elapsed.
Has Expired Plans: Check this box to bring up jobs which have gone past PlanAccess' expiry time limit.
